Jabutí the Tortoise

In this twist on the classic trickster tale, we meet Jabutí, a tortoise with a smooth shell and a sweet song. His skills with the flute beguile the creatures of the Amazon into doing things they would rather not. The birds of the jungle all love to sing along with Jabutí—all except Vulture. Jealous Vulture offers to give Jabutí a ride, then purposely drops him. It’s up to Jabutí’s bird friends to piece him back together.
