Rosie's Walk

Rosie the hen is on a little pre-dinner stroll, one that takes her across the yard, around the pond, over the haystack and under the beehives. (Whew!) Little does she know the Fox is after her. Rosie unwittingly leads her hapless predator on a wild hen-chase in this modern folktale. Kids will get a kick out of the slapstick misadventures of the Fox. Short book, long shelf life.
