• Why should I shop at the Literati Store?

  All purchases made through the Literati Store generate educator rewards for schools in your community when you select your school, or educators nationwide when you Shop Without School. Those rewards help your educators buy books, class materials, and much more to help children’s learning development. Our mission is to help your reader find the perfect book — no matter their age, interests, or reading level. Our books are curated by a team of children’s literature experts and our selection is honed by years of parent, teacher, librarian, and reader feedback.
• How does shopping at the Literati Store benefit educators?

  Choose to “Connect To Your School” or “Shop Without School.” If your school is not yet available for Literati Store connection, share literati.com/fundraise with them. Or, select “Shop Without School” to simply shop and support the general fund for underserved schools.
  
  Connected to School – If your school has a Literati Store, 10% of any and all purchases go directly to your school in the form of rewards that educators can use to buy books, learning kits, and more. If your school is hosting a Literati Book Fair, purchases during the five-week online fair period can generate up to five times the amount of rewards for your school! That’s more books and more resources to inspire a love of learning and a love of life—and that’s why we do what we do.
  
  Shop Without School – When you shop without a school connection, 10% of all purchases go to the Literati Fund to support the cause of children’s literacy.
• Where and when will my order be delivered?

  Estimated shipping times can be found on the purchase page for each item. Some items ship directly to your home, while others ship free to your child’s school after their Literati Book Fair closes (distributed by a librarian or book fair coordinator to your reader). To see if books are eligible to be shipped to your school, Connect To Your School.
• I have an issue with my Literati order. What should I do?

  Because purchases from the Literati Store are school fundraisers that directly support educators and determine the rewards they receive, all sales are final. If the items you receive are damaged, or you experience delivery issues, please contact our Customer Support team via email at help@literati.com or by phone at (833) LIT-LOVE (833-548-5683) 9am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday. If you purchased a Book Club membership, this is subject to its own set of Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
• Can I donate to my school’s book fair fundraiser?

  Yes! There are two easy options for donating: (1) Buy A Wishlist Item. When you connect to your school, you’ll see a section for Educator Wishlists. Select and purchase an item from your teacher’s or librarian’s wishlist, and it will be sent directly to them as a gift. (2) Buy A Gift Card. When buying a gift card, you have the option to select an educator at your school. Simply enter that librarian’s or teacher’s name and contact information, and it will be delivered to them as a gift.
• Can I use a Literati Book Fair gift card for my Literati Store purchase?

  Yes! Enter your gift card code at checkout. Funds from Literati gift cards can be used in person and online during your book fair, or here on the Literati Store anytime.
• I can’t find my school. How do I shop?

  If your school does not yet have an account with Literati, you can (1) Share the link for literati.com/fundraise with your child’s librarian or teacher (2) Select “Shop Without School” and shop normally. Here, 10% of all of your purchases go to the Literati Fund to support underserved school libraries in our home state of Texas.
• How can I help my school start a Literati Book Fair fundraiser?

  Email your school’s PTO, Librarian, or other educator to share your interest in fundraising with the Literati Store and Book Fair. They can learn more at literati.com/fundraise or reach out to us anytime at bookfairs@literati.com.
